The sun.... it never set and yet... the day never went away and its now sunday..... How can this be?
Questions for Katie: #1 Where did you go to get your cell phone?
#2 Did you need your immigration card to get said cell phone? (Some kid said I couldn't and that getting the card takes over a month)
#3 What is the best cheep place close to campus to eat?
#4 Whats the closest movie theater

2. It depends on which store you go to. The dude at the store I bought it from didn't care whether I had it or not. I showed my passport and KG student ID card, and explained to him that I was only going to be in Japan for a few months. Then I showed him my credit card, and the deal was sealed, as they say ;p
3. Bikuri ramen is right across the street from campus and damn good, but a lot of other KG kids go there so it's crowded sometimes. 200 yen for a bowl of ramen big enough to dunk your head in. Also, the bento from convenience stores are pretty good, and there are abundances of those everywhere.
4. Not close, unfortunately. I honestly don't remember the area the one I went to was in, but it was about 30 minutes away by bus (longer if we were stupid and went during rush hour). There are tons of movie theaters in Osaka and Kyoto, too.

P.S. What did you think of the ending of PF? I was a little disappointed by how open they left it.
